Modern home developments often demand high-end, functional tech integration without compromising the aesthetic appeal of a brand-new living space. The homeowner required a dual-purpose solution: full-coverage, high-performance security around the property and a sleek, wire-free visual entertainment setup inside the home.
The Solution
DN Audio Visual engineered and deployed an integrated residential AV and security package tailored specifically to the home layout:
1. High-Performance Residential Security
- System Installed: Dahua CCTV System
- Night-Vision Capability: Implemented full-color night vision cameras, providing crisp, high-definition footage 24/7 rather than traditional grainier black-and-white infrared imaging.
- Proactive Security: Integrated motion-sensing light triggers to deter potential intruders and enhance nighttime visibility around perimeter access points.
2. Custom Clean-Conceal TV Mounting
- Precision Wall Mounting: Professionally secured TV unit optimised for viewing angles and safety.
- Zero-Cable Finish: Executed complete cable management and concealment, routing all power and AV feeds behind wall cavities for a completely wire-free, minimalist aesthetic.
Key Results
- 24/7 Color-Reliable Security: Enhanced outer perimeter safety with active lighting deterrents and full-color night recording.
- Flawless Interior Design: Delivered a clean, clutter-free media setup adhering strictly to DN Audio Visual’s “zero visible cables” quality standard.
- Zero Client Hassle: Complete end-to-end service from specification to clean installation.
