DN Audio Visual partnered with the team at CMYK | Business Technology to design and execute a comprehensive hardware overhaul for a high-profile client. The goal was to transform a standard corporate environment into a premier, multi-purpose AV and conference room capable of hosting fluid hybrid meetings, presentations, and collaborative workshops.
The resulting installation delivers seamless, tablet-controlled automation and top-tier video conferencing capabilities, giving the end-client an incredibly versatile hub engineered for heavy daily utilisation.
The Challenge
Modern corporate spaces demand extreme flexibility without compromising on aesthetic cleanlines or user experience. For this project, the physical hardware requirements were massive.
The primary challenge involved securely mounting heavy, large-format commercial displays while integrating an extensive ecosystem of cameras, microphones, and speakers. The system needed to function as a singular, cohesive unit that any employee could walk in and operate instantly without technical friction.

1. Visual Infrastructure
- Dual 85″ Promethean Touchscreens: Wall-mounted side-by-side to act as the primary command centre for interactive presentations, digital whiteboarding, and data-sharing. Note: Given the substantial weight of these massive interactive panels, the installation required precision and reinforced mounting structures.
- 3rd 85″ Mobile Display: Mounted on an electronically adjustable stand, providing the client with the agility to reconfigure the room’s orientation or bring a massive tertiary display into play wherever needed.
2. Audio & Video Ecosystem
To guarantee crystal-clear, zero-latency hybrid communication, a complete premium Yealink ecosystem was deployed:
- 3x Yealink Cameras: Positioned strategically to cover every angle of the multi-purpose room, providing intelligent speaker tracking and comprehensive views of both the presenters and the audience.
- 2x Yealink Ceiling Mics: Blended seamlessly into the ceiling architecture to capture 360-degree, echo-canceling audio without cluttering boardroom tables with wires.
- 4x Yealink In-Ceiling Speakers: Dispersed evenly throughout the room to provide immersive, balanced audio distribution for video calls and multimedia playback.
3. Central Control & Automation
- AV Hub Architecture: The backbone of the room features a full professional wiring system routed cleanly back to a central AV hub, keeping the space entirely free of visible cable clutter.
- Tablet Control & Room Booking: Intuitive room-booking systems were integrated alongside central tablet controllers. Users can schedule meetings at the door and completely manage lights, audio, video tracking, and displays with a single touch.
